Imagine the following:

A woman confidently walks uphill holding her child’s hand leading them behind her. The path is narrow and muddy and so, as her feet leave footprints in the mud, her child walks in her marks knowing the safest places to step. Because of her willingness to get her feet dirty, the path for her child has become safer, easier to navigate and the little one falls less.

This image captures the heart of Mama Activist. We are women dedicated to making the path safer for our children by leading them through our willingness to “get our feet dirty.” Here, we will capture the heart of these fierce and stoic women who are giving of themselves every day to their family and to the world. Through their example, their children will be brave, kind and strong and the world will be a better, safer place for all (born and pre-born).

Through the “yes” that these women give to serving their family and the world, humanity will come to be loved by a mothering heart that it so desperately needs.

The purpose:

The purpose of this blog is to share stories of women all over the world who are doing great things so as to inspire and motivate other mums to do the same. By sharing these stories and being motivated to action, we will:

1) Gain the courage we need to  help a broken world,

2) Lead our children to greatness through our example and commitment to the truth.

The Inspiration:

This blog was inspired by hearing stories about mamas’ all over the world who are doing beautiful things, growing in virtue and serving the world.
